Synopsis
Upon Entry (La llegada, 2023) is a Spanish thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Diego and Elena land in New York with approved visas and big plans for a new life. At passport control an officer asks them to step into a side room to clear a few things up.
From there the whole film stays inside one cramped secondary-inspection office. Border agents ask questions, cross-check the answers, scroll through phones and social media, and slowly drag out things the couple had never even admitted to each other. It runs a tight seventy-seven minutes, and every bit of dread comes from paperwork rather than gunfire. Alberto Ammann and Bruna Cusí make you believe each loaded silence.
