Impact (2009) is a disaster sci-fi miniseries you can watch online on iFILM. A passing meteor shower knocks the Moon off its orbit, and Earth's own satellite begins drifting onto a collision course with the planet.

At first the signs look trivial — objects floating to the ceiling, gravity glitching. Then the scientists run the numbers and grasp that the world has only weeks left. An astrophysicist played by David James Elliott and his colleague (Natasha Henstridge) scramble for a way to nudge the Moon away before tidal surges and quakes finish the job. James Cromwell anchors the effort as the advisor the government leans on.
