Synopsis
The Hollow Point (2016) is a lean border-country thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Director Gonzalo López-Gallego sets the story in a sun-scorched Arizona town where gun smuggling runs through every handshake. Patrick Wilson plays Wallace, the newly appointed sheriff stepping into a badge left behind by his ousted predecessor — played by Ian McShane — who may not be done with the job just yet.
Wallace opens one case and pulls a thread that leads straight to a Mexican cartel with no patience for interference. John Leguizamo turns up as a cartel enforcer who operates without hesitation, and James Belushi fills out a world where almost nobody carries clean hands.
