Synopsis
Who Am I? (我是誰, 1998) is the Jackie Chan action-comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Chan both directed it, alongside Benny Chan, and stars as a special-forces soldier who wakes up in the African bush with no memory of his own name.
His unit had grabbed scientists working on a new energy source, only for corrupt handlers to wipe out the team in a rigged helicopter crash. He's the sole survivor. A local tribe nurses him back to health and calls him "Whoami," after the question he keeps repeating. From there he chases scraps of his past across Johannesburg and Rotterdam, never sure who set him up or which of his new allies he can trust.
The plot is mostly an excuse, and the stunts are why you stay. A street brawl against two fighters at once unfolds in long, unbroken takes, and the finale is Chan actually sliding down the smooth, steeply angled face of a 21-story Rotterdam building with no wires and no CGI.
