Miraculous: Ladybug & Cat Noir, The Movie (2023) is Jeremy Zag's animated musical, free to watch online on iFILM. A shy Paris teen named Marinette receives a magic earring and transforms into the superhero Ladybug.

Fighting at her side is Cat Noir, and behind that mask hides Adrien, the very classmate Marinette can barely speak to. The rules forbid them from revealing their real faces to each other, which is the whole ache of it: they save the city together, then go mute in the hallway. Looming over Paris is Hawk Moth, who feeds on people's hurt and fear, and the two will have to grow up faster than they'd like.

This is the feature debut of a franchise that started as a series kids streamed worldwide. Zag reworked the story into a song-driven musical with slicker, more cinematic CG than the show. It plays best for series fans and younger viewers who want superheroes without the violence and with a real crush at the center.
