Synopsis
The Invisible Half (インビジブルハーフ, 2026) is a Japanese horror film you can watch online on iFILM. Directed by Masaki Nishiyama and produced by Test 8 Pictures, the 106-minute feature follows Elena Takahashi — a biracial high school girl caught between two identities in a school that never lets her forget she belongs fully to neither.
Elena is used to being watched. The stares in the hallways, the whispers that stop when she walks past. But something else has started watching. It can't be seen with the naked eye — only through the screen of her phone. Can't be heard in the room — only through her earphones. Lisa Siera plays Elena, with Miyu Okuno and Runa Hirasawa as classmates whose closeness brings both comfort and danger. The monster stays just out of reach, one layer of glass away, and that distance is what makes it terrifying.
