The Kindred

What she finds goes back thirty years — a string of missing children and a creature the kids called Sackhead. The cast includes April Pearson, Blake Harrison, James Cosmo and Samantha Bond. Patterson layers a cold family secret underneath the supernatural threat, so the horror comes from two directions at once.
