Synopsis
Bring It On: Fight to the Finish (2009) is Bille Woodruff's teen dance comedy, and you can watch it online on iFILM. Cheerleader Lina Cruz is uprooted from East Los Angeles to sunny Malibu after her mom marries a wealthy man and moves the family into his world.
Everything at the posh prep school feels alien — the money, the attitude, and squad captain Avery, who pegs Lina as a threat and slams the varsity door in her face. So Lina goes her own way. She rounds up her friends from the old neighborhood and sets out to drag a hopeless junior varsity team, the Sea Lions, into shape. Then she falls for Evan, Avery's brother, which turns the rivalry deeply personal. Christina Milian takes the lead and carries much of the film on sheer charisma.
This is the fifth entry in the franchise, sent straight to video, and it runs on the familiar playbook: dance-offs, school snobbery, a clash of two very different worlds, and a big final competition. No surprises, but plenty of energy and sharp choreography. Easy, breezy fun for fans of the cheer series and teen dance comedies. Stream Bring It On: Fight to the Finish (2009) online on iFILM.
