Synopsis
Friday After Next (2002) is a Christmas comedy starring Ice Cube, and you can watch it online on iFILM. Cousins Craig and Day-Day have finally moved out of their parents' places and into a crib of their own. Then, on Christmas Eve, a burglar dressed as Santa breaks in and cleans them out.
He grabs the presents and, worse, the rent money the guys stashed inside their speakers. The holiday is days away; eviction is even closer. To scrape the cash back together they take night jobs as mall security guards while hunting that fake Santa across the neighborhood. Everyone gets caught in the chaos along the way: Craig's loudmouth dad, a ridiculous landlord, the local hustlers and a pair of neighborhood thugs. Ice Cube returns as Craig, Mike Epps plays the motormouth Day-Day, and John Witherspoon steals scenes as the dad.
This is the third entry in the Friday series Ice Cube created, and the most festive of the bunch. The humor is rowdy and street-level, built on riffing and arguments more than plot.
