Feast

Feast (2005) is John Gulager's horror romp you can watch online on iFILM. A run-down bar lost in the desert, a handful of random patrons, and one night almost nobody survives: hungry creatures are clawing at the walls, and the door is all that stands between the crowd and dinner.

The regulars and stranded strangers huddle up and try to last until sunrise. A bartender, a waitress, a coach, a shady guy with a shotgun — each gets a snap-judgment label slapped on screen, then dies in an order the film gleefully refuses to honor. The monsters breed, mate and chew right in frame, and every few minutes the script kills off whoever you'd bet on. The scrappy cast throws in Henry Rollins, Balthazar Getty, Jason Mewes and Clu Gulager.

The movie came out of the third season of Project Greenlight, where Gulager won the directing gig, and it quickly turned into a trash-horror cult favorite. This is a grimy, wet, deliberately unhinged splatter ride that mocks every survival cliché in the book. For fans of gory horror with a mean streak of comedy, it hits the spot.
