Extract (2009) is a workplace comedy from Mike Judge that you can watch online on iFILM. Joel Reynolds runs a small flavor-extract plant, and his days are a parade of tiny disasters: a careless crew on the floor, a marriage gone quiet, a wife who pulls on her sweatpants before he's even through the door.

Egged on by his bartender buddy, Joel cooks up a ridiculous plan — hire a gigolo to seduce his wife, so he can chase Cindy, a flirtatious new hire, guilt-free. What he can't see is that Cindy is a con artist working her own angle, and a freak accident on the factory floor sets off a chain of lawsuits, blackmail and trouble he never bargained for. Jason Bateman plays the worn-down everyman, Mila Kunis the sweet-faced grifter, Ben Affleck a shaggy slacker spouting bad advice, and Kristen Wiig the wife who senses more than she lets on.

Judge, the mind behind Office Space and Beavis and Butt-Head, picks apart small-town American business again, trading mean satire for a tired affection toward people stuck in their own ruts. The laughs are low-key, built on awkward beats and oddball characters rather than big set pieces. Good pick if you like grounded comedies about work and grown men digging their own holes.
