Synopsis
Zorro (1990), Season 2 is a 25-episode action-adventure you can watch online on iFILM, with Duncan Regehr back under the black mask. By day Don Diego de la Vega plays the harmless scholar; by night he is the outlaw the Alcalde can never quite catch.
This run throws a fresh problem at him almost every week. The Alcalde hires an eccentric inventor and his contraptions, then an Indian tracker — anything to corner Zorro. A fencing master sails in from Madrid, pirates raid the coast, and when Victoria is shot Diego nearly loses the one person he can never tell the truth. Later his own father, Don Alejandro, is handed the Alcalde's post and ordered to arrest Zorro, and Diego even ends up in France crossing swords with the heirs of the Three Musketeers.
Shot entirely in Madrid for The Family Channel, this New World version plays darker and older than the Disney original. The fun is in the format: each episode, a new guest star and a new scrape. Stream Zorro Season 2 online on iFILM.
