Synopsis
Zorro (1990) Season 1 is the swashbuckling adventure series to watch online on iFILM — twenty-five episodes of the masked hero in early-1800s California. This take, often called The New Zorro, follows Don Diego de la Vega, who plays the idle nobleman by day and rides out in the black mask by night.
The season works as a run of mostly standalone capers. The Alcalde corners the pueblo's water supply, then hires a hired blade to pose as Zorro and ruin his name; an English journalist comes sniffing after the outlaw's true identity; a phony medium, bounty hunters, and a woman claiming to be the mother of Diego's mute companion Felipe all pass through. One four-part stretch, "The Legend Begins," pauses to show how Diego became the avenger in the first place. Underneath it all runs his hopeless love for the innkeeper Victoria, the one secret he can't share.
