Season 2
A new mystery is born.
Synopsis
Watch Extant (2014) Season 2 online on iFILM — the show's final 13 episodes, where Halle Berry's Molly Woods rebuilds a life that has come completely apart, alongside the very people who betrayed her.
Six months after everything collapsed, Molly is locked in a psychiatric hospital. Word reaches her of strange deaths that echo what she saw in space, so she breaks out and picks the investigation back up. John is gone now; her new partner is detective JD Richter. This run trades family drama for a harder thriller — alien hybrids walking the Earth, a message buried in their DNA, and a threat that turns out to be neither alien nor human: Lucy, a humanich who decides the planet would be better off without people. Molly hunts for her son, tries to work out what she herself is turning into, and gets caught between two species each willing to wipe out the other.
CBS ended the series here, and the season knows it — the tone runs darker and faster than the first, swapping quiet dread for pursuit and open danger. Best for anyone who finished Season 1 and wants to see how Molly's story lands. Stream Extant Season 2 online on iFILM.
