To move copies, his publisher reprints the book as a true memoir, slapping "nonfiction" on the cover. He gets dragged across the border and ordered to pull off the kind of job only his made-up character could. Andy Garcia, Zulay Henao and Kim Coates play off James, with Jeff Wadlow directing.
