Not at Ease (Season 1)

Not at Ease (2026) is a Russian sci-fi comedy series you can watch online on iFILM. Three aliens — a mother named Sveta and her sons Borya and Roma — crash-land near a small village, take on human form, and slot into rural life faster than anyone expected.

Only tractor driver Igor knows the truth. Precinct officer Sergei Petrovich, played by Yuri Stoyanov, senses something is off but can't get a single neighbour to take him seriously. The newcomers fit right in: Roma bonds with the local teacher Ira, Borya sweeps shopkeeper Lyuba off her feet, and the village priest finds a willing student in the alien patriarch. The one wrinkle — an alien substance leaked into the river and the beavers have started talking. Director Alexander Solovyov's self-styled "Unidentified Flying Comedy" earns its laughs through the gap between what the aliens think humans are and what small-town Russia actually looks like.
