Ulysses and his friends Carly, Ford and Severine are all chasing the usual things: love, sex, a foothold in the entertainment industry. Ulysses gets more than he bargained for. Premonitory dreams keep finding him — dark, alien, hard to shake — and he starts to wonder if something is actually coming for the city, or if he just needs to cut back. Evan Jogia plays Ulysses with the right mix of earnest and unravelling. The show is funny, horny and occasionally unnerving in ways that feel deliberate rather than accidental.
