Code of Honor (2016) — watch online on iFILM. Michael Winnick's action thriller casts Steven Seagal as Colonel Robert Sikes, a decorated soldier who decides the courts are too slow and starts clearing his city's criminal element himself.

Sikes moves through gang territory, drug networks, and corrupt officials with military precision and no paperwork. His former protégé William Porter (Craig Sheffer) joins the police to bring him down — hunting a man who trained him, knows every tactic he'll use, and has a head start. James Russo and Helena Mattsson round out the cast.
