Synopsis
Endless Borders (مرزهای بی پایان, 2023) is an Iranian drama directed by Abbas Amini that you can watch online on iFILM. Teacher Ahmad has been sentenced to internal exile — dispatched to a remote Baloch village on the Iranian-Afghan border for speaking out against the Islamic Republic. His wife is behind bars on the same charge.
Then a Hazara refugee family arrives, fleeing Afghanistan after the Taliban threatened to amputate the hands of their gynecologist for treating female patients. The family's patriarch is an old man who recently bought himself a teenage bride. Ahmad, already stripped of his ordinary life, must decide how far he's willing to go for people the world has abandoned twice over.
