Synopsis
Full Compatibility (2026) is a Russian medical drama you can watch online on iFILM. Directed by Grigory Vasiliev, the series follows Svetlana Aksenova — a gifted transplant surgeon with a talent for operating and an equally developed talent for burning bridges. A blowup during her residency in St. Petersburg earns her a transfer to Zapolyarsk, a remote northern city where the staffing crisis outweighs any complaints about her personality.
Zapolyarsk has no state-of-the-art equipment. What it has is patients in genuinely bad shape, brutal weather, and colleagues she cannot simply refuse to acknowledge. Maria Lisovaya and Pyotr Fyodorov lead the cast.
