Step by Step (2011) is a Russian music comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Lera Laskovaya (Yulia Beretta) teaches at an art school that's about to be taken away by Artem Rudakov (Andrei Bilanov), a businessman who doesn't hear the word "no" very often.

Lera pulls her students and colleagues together for a campaign that's louder than it is polished — and that's exactly the point. Director Igor Korobeynikov plays it as a feel-good story with plenty of dance and music woven through: Rudakov keeps coming to shut it down and keeps leaving more distracted than he arrived.
