My Neighbor Adolf

My Neighbor Adolf (2022) is a tragicomic drama you can watch online on iFILM. South America, 1960. A bearded German named Herzog moves in next to Polsky, a sour old Holocaust survivor who lost his whole family in the war. The man keeps shepherds, sketches flowers, has pale blue eyes. Polsky is certain of it: this is Hitler.

The problem is nobody listens. Israeli agents have just bagged Adolf Eichmann across the border, and they have no patience for a lonely pensioner's theory. So Polsky runs his own investigation — watching, photographing, hunting for one piece of proof he can't argue away. To get close, he has to befriend the very neighbor he suspects. The twist sneaks up on him: the longer they play chess and bicker about roses, the more his certainty cracks. David Hayman plays Polsky; Udo Kier is the mysterious German.
