Synopsis
The Miracle Maker (2000) is an animated life of Jesus Christ you can watch online on iFILM. Directed by Stanislav Sokolov and Derek W. Hayes in a Russia–UK–US co-production, the film uses two animation techniques deliberately: clay stop-motion for everyday scenes, hand-drawn cel for the miracles — a visual grammar that separates the ordinary from the extraordinary.
The story is anchored to Tamar, a young girl whose sick father crosses paths with an itinerant carpenter from Nazareth. The narrative moves through the Sermon on the Mount, the feeding of thousands, the Last Supper and the Resurrection, keeping the scale intimate rather than epic.
