Synopsis
Almost Human (2014) is a low-budget sci-fi horror from Joe Begos you can watch online on iFILM. Two years ago Mark Fisher vanished in a flash of blue light while his friend Seth looked on, helpless.
Now a wave of brutal killings rolls through town, and Seth becomes certain that Mark is back — wearing the same face but hosting something that isn't human anymore. Begos shoots it like a lost 1980s creature feature: grainy film stock, practical gore, not a frame of CGI.
