Synopsis

A highway chase ends with a sniper's bullet and a car going off an overpass. The next morning Conan visits a remodeled aquarium and finds an injured woman beneath the Ferris wheel — eyes two different colors, no memory of who she is. His promise to help her drags him straight into the orbit of the Black Organization, the FBI and the elusive Tooru Amuro.
