Synopsis

Eggsy is a sharp London kid with a Marine's record and a rap sheet to match. A tailored gentleman named Harry Hart (Colin Firth) steps in, repaying an old debt he owed Eggsy's late father. Harry, it turns out, works for Kingsman — a private intelligence outfit hidden behind a Savile Row suit shop. Eggsy gets pulled into a brutal recruitment trial where one wrong move ends your shot. Meanwhile, tech billionaire Richmond Valentine (Samuel L. Jackson) cooks up a plan to "fix" the world that leaves bodies in its wake.
Vaughn blends stiff English etiquette with cartoonish, over-the-top carnage. That mix gave us heads popping to classical music and the infamous church brawl people still argue about.
