Twisted

Ashley Judd plays a cop coming apart. She drinks, she blacks out, and by morning another ex shows up murdered with a strange mark on him. Her partner Mike Delmarco (Andy Garcia) works the leads, Chief John Mills (Samuel L. Jackson) shields her from internal affairs, and a department shrink (David Strathairn) pokes at her unraveling memory. The fear that grows in her gut: what if she is the killer she's chasing?

Kaufman shoots the city as a fog-soaked maze where you can't even trust your own head. The film leans hard into a paranoid whodunit built around an unreliable lead, and the suspect pool is short enough to keep you second-guessing.
