Synopsis
Return of the Living Dead (2026) is a horror comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Eighteen months after the bloodbath at the UNEEDA warehouse in Louisville, the cursed Trioxin 2-4-5 gas is loose again.
This time the leak swallows a sleepy Pennsylvania town, right around Christmas 1985. The dead claw their way up out of the ground, screaming for brains and flat-out refusing to stay buried no matter what anyone tries. Among the few stuck surviving the night is Devon Sawa's character, alongside Casimere Jollette and Kynlee Heiman. And lurching out of the fog comes Tarman — that slimy, brain-hungry skeleton who's been the franchise mascot from day one.
Director Steve Wolsh reboots the cult 1985 series without losing its signature mix of gore, punk energy and pitch-black comedy. The zombies here are out to crack you up, not scare you stiff: buckets of blood, zero solemnity.
