Synopsis
I'll Always Know What You Did Last Summer (2006) is a slasher from director Sylvain White that you can watch online on iFILM. The setting moves from the coast to a small mountain town in Colorado. Five friends cook up a Fourth of July prank built around a grim local legend, and the gag goes fatally wrong when one of them dies.
The four survivors quietly dump the body and swear themselves to silence. A year later, as the town gears up for July 4th again, each of them receives an anonymous note carrying that familiar line: someone knows what they did. The threats give way to a hook-wielding figure in a fisherman's slicker, and the hunt begins. Don Shanks plays the killer, with Brooke Nevin, David Paetkau, and Torrey DeVitto among the targets. This is the third chapter in the franchise, sent straight to video with an entirely new cast.
White sticks close to the genre playbook with little deviation: the legend, the delayed reckoning, the slicker and the hook. It's aimed at collectors of mid-2000s slashers who want nothing more than a straight serving of scares. Stream I'll Always Know What You Did Last Summer (2006) online on iFILM.
