Sent back for retraining, Fuse drifts toward the dead girl's sister, Kei, never grasping that he has become a pawn in a quiet turf war between police agencies.

The story leans hard on Little Red Riding Hood: the wolf, the sheep's clothing, the hunter waiting in the dark.
