An American Werewolf in Paris

An American Werewolf in Paris (1997) is a horror comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Three American friends are backpacking across Europe chasing thrills when, on a dare atop the Eiffel Tower, Andy stops a young woman named Séraphine from jumping. That rescue drags him into something monstrous.

Séraphine, played by Julie Delpy, turns out to be a werewolf — and a whole pack lurks in the Paris catacombs, brewing a serum that lets them shift on command. Then Andy himself gets bitten, and the beast starts stirring under his skin. Tom Everett Scott carries him as a guy trying to save the girl and not maul half the city by the next full moon.

Directed by Anthony Waller, this is a loose riff on John Landis' cult classic An American Werewolf in London rather than a true sequel. The early CGI transformations look rough next to that 1981 landmark, so don't expect Rick Baker's prosthetics — but as a scrappy late-90s creature romp with Delpy howling, it's a fun watch.
