The Adventures of Pluto Nash

Pluto's life runs smooth until lunar gangster Mogan demands he sell the place. He says no — and that same night the club goes up in flames. What follows is a chase across the moon: at his side a malfunctioning robot bodyguard named Bruno (Randy Quaid) and aspiring singer Dina (Rosario Dawson), with a small army of not-too-bright thugs on their trail, all pulled by the strings of a shadowy figure called Rex Crater.

Directed by Ron Underwood, with John Cleese, Pam Grier and Luis Guzmán turning up in bit parts. The budget ballooned, the box office never came, and the film earned its place among Hollywood's most famous flops.
