Knight Rider (2008) is NBC's sci-fi action series you can watch online on iFILM. A reboot of the 1980s favorite, it puts a black Ford Mustang named KITT back on the road, paired once again with a driver the car trusts more than it trusts people.

KITT is an artificial intelligence that can hack almost any network, repaint itself mid-chase and morph its body using nanotech. Mike Traceur, an ex-Army Ranger played by Justin Bruening, gets pulled into a covert task force the day KITT shows up at his door. Analyst Sarah Graiman (Deanna Russo) rides along, and Val Kilmer returns as the voice of the supercar. Each episode runs a fresh mission: kidnappings, stolen data, engineers who know too much.

Created by Gary Scott Thompson, screenwriter of the first Fast and the Furious, the show leans on speed, gadgets and the car's dry wit instead of pure nostalgia. It isn't deep drama.
