Mystic Pizza (1988), Donald Petrie's gentle coming-of-age drama, is ready to watch online on iFILM. The summer crowd has cleared out of tiny Mystic, Connecticut, and three young waitresses at the town's pizza parlor are left to sort out their tangled love lives through the off-season.

Daisy (Julia Roberts) takes up with Charlie, a wealthy law student, and meets the first guy who seems to care about more than her looks. Her sister Kat is saving for an astronomy degree and falls for a married man whose kid she babysits. Jojo, meanwhile, is so spooked by losing her freedom that she faints at the altar of her own wedding. Between shifts, dough, and small-town gossip, the three grow up faster than they bargained for.

The film is best remembered as an early Julia Roberts showcase, a year before Steel Magnolias and two before Pretty Woman, with a very young Matt Damon turning up in a blink-and-miss dinner-table bit.
