Synopsis
The First Time (2012) is a teen romance with a comic streak you can watch online on iFILM. Directed by Jonathan Kasdan, it stars Dylan O'Brien and Britt Robertson as two high schoolers who barely know each other.
Dave is hopelessly stuck on the prettiest girl at his school. Aubrey is dating a cocky guy who clearly isn't right for her. They cross paths at a party the cops break up, end up talking half the night, and figure they're just friends — the kind who trade dating disasters and dumb jokes. Over one long weekend that easy friendship turns into something neither of them planned for, and nobody's pretending it's smooth.
The whole film rides on its two leads, both caught just before they broke out: O'Brien soon headlined The Maze Runner, Robertson moved into CBS dramas and features.
