Weeds (2005–2012) is the Showtime crime comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Newly widowed Nancy Botwin, raising two boys in the spotless California suburb of Agrestic, starts dealing marijuana to her neighbors rather than give up the lifestyle she's used to.

It begins as a few baggies for the lawyers and finance guys down the block. Then come suppliers, rivals, a cartel, and the DEA closing in. Mary-Louise Parker plays Nancy right on the line between charming and reckless, hiding behind the soccer-mom act while steering her family deeper into trouble every season. Around her orbit her deadbeat brother-in-law Andy (Justin Kirk), the venomous neighbor Celia (Elizabeth Perkins), and her supplier Conrad, who clearly has feelings for the boss. Across eight seasons and 102 episodes, the moment things can't get worse, the writers burn the set down and move the whole show somewhere new.

Creator Jenji Kohan would go on to make Orange Is the New Black, but this is where her pitch-black comedy about a woman who treats the law as an afterthought got sharp. Parker took home a Golden Globe for the part. Stream every season of Weeds online on iFILM.
