The novelty of country life wears thin fast, and boredom sets in. Then a local girl named Alyonka shows them around, and the rumor of a village witch who supposedly grants any wish proves too tempting to resist — except she names her own price for every favor. Carrying out her odd little tasks, the girls tumble into escapades that feel lifted straight from Russian folk tales. Directed by Denis Gulyar, this entry in the franchise based on Narine Abgaryan's books aims squarely at younger viewers and works as easy weekend watching for the whole family.
