Synopsis
Hi, Mom (Привет, мама, 2023) is an intimate Russian drama you can watch online on iFILM. Kira is pushing forty, fields calls at the Pulkovo Airport call centre, and shares a flat with her younger sister Vera and Vera's daughters.
A few years back their mother threw the sisters out, then vanished without a trace. The sensible thing is to accept she's gone — file the death certificate, settle the inheritance, move into a place of her own. Kira won't. She refuses to change a thing, quietly hoping her mother will simply walk back through the door. The whole film grows out of that stubborn refusal. Darya Savelyeva carries the lead, with Aglaya Tarasova alongside.
