Synopsis

Julio grew up on the outskirts of Rome, the son of a Colombian woman who left her homeland pregnant and built a life in Italy. He has spent his adult years servicing a debt that was never asked of him: no wife, no real career, no direction beyond the long-held plan of carrying her ashes back to Colombia one day. He runs drugs for a local dealer to keep them afloat. Then Ines arrives — a young Colombian woman caught in the same trade — and her presence disturbs something in Julio that had been sealed for a long time. Aurora Giovinazzo and Margarita Rosa de Francisco lead the cast, with Gabriel Montesi as Julio.
