Maria Streltsova, an emergency services psychologist, ends up beside him. Together they spend the series dodging government agencies while Korolyov pieces together fragments of his own identity. What emerges: he's among the wealthiest people in Russia. Why he came to Naristan in the first place is the question the whole show is built around.
