Synopsis
Czech family comedy "Big Dreams" (Děti Nagana, 2023) — watch online on iFILM. Directed by Dan Pánek, the film features Tomáš Richard Brenton alongside Hynek Čermák and Klára Issová.
February 1998. The Czech national team beats Canada at the Nagano Winter Olympics and reaches the final. Eleven-year-old Dom watches it on TV and makes an immediate decision: time to actually play hockey. He buys a stick, pulls together a team of neighborhood kids, and schedules a match against the village down the road. There is also the matter of Katka — classmate, entirely unimpressed by hockey, at least for now.
