Speed Racer pilots the Mach 5, a car built by his father Pops, and splits his time between competitive racing and foiling world-ending schemes cooked up by a rotating cast of villains. His crew includes girlfriend Trixie, little brother Spritle with the chimp Chim-Chim, mechanic Sparky, and the ever-mysterious Racer X.
