The Song

The Song (2014) is a music drama you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Richard Ramsey. Alan Powell plays Jed King, a singer-songwriter who can't quite step out of his country-legend father's shadow — until a gig at a vineyard harvest festival puts him in front of the right audience, and the right woman.

He meets Rose (Ali Faulkner), writes her a song, and the song becomes a hit. Then comes the tour, the spotlight, and a temptation in the form of fellow performer Shelby Bale (Caitlin Nicol-Thomas).
