Our Russia (Seasons 1–5)

"Our Russia" (Наша Russia, 2006) is a Russian sketch comedy series from Comedy Club Productions you can watch online on iFILM. Writers Semyon Slepakov and Garik Martirosyan built it as a parade of recognisable Russian archetypes — migrant workers, provincial bureaucrats, oil workers who have never left their town.

Sergei Svetlakov and Mikhail Galustyan each play multiple characters per episode, cycling through wigs and accents with barely a pause. Garik Martirosyan and Valery Magdyash handle the sharper topical material. The humour runs on Soviet-hangover specificity: onions stored in tights, civic pride completely decoupled from evidence, the deep certainty that Russia is the world's greatest country.
