Cats in the Museum

Cats in the Museum (Коты Эрмитажа, 2023) is a Russian animated family comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Directed by Vasiliy Rovenskiy, it follows a young cat named Vincent who escapes a flood inside an old harpsichord with his mouse friend Maurice — and ends up swept all the way to the Hermitage in St. Petersburg.

For centuries an elite squad of cats has guarded the museum's paintings from rats and mice. Vincent dreams of joining that family, yet he won't abandon Maurice, who once saved his life. The catch: Maurice has a weakness for nibbling on priceless art. Things get worse when the Mona Lisa arrives — the painting every mouse in the world wants a bite of, and the one thieves are quietly plotting to steal.
