To sell, they just need to evict one tenant: a tiny rodent with a genius for improvised sabotage. Nathan Lane and Lee Evans play the brothers whose increasingly elaborate plans collapse in increasingly spectacular ways. Christopher Walken shows up as a legendary exterminator — and even he doesn't stand a chance.
