Gone (2026) is a British crime drama series you can watch online on iFILM. The wife of a private school headmaster disappears in the suburbs of Bristol. Michael Polly — meticulous, well-liked, visibly not falling apart — becomes the focus of the investigation.

Detective Annie Cassidy, played by Eve Myles, starts asking questions and keeps coming back. David Morrissey makes Polly's composure genuinely unsettling — calm enough to have something to hide, controlled enough that you can't rule out simple shock. Cassidy works through the family's history and the school's corridors; Emma Appleton's character arrives and repositions everything. Director Richard Laxton builds the pressure through silence more than incident.
