Two criminal organizations, from Wołomin and Pruszków, are locked in a slow-burning war when a third faction shows up uninvited. After a cop named Soczek gets killed, the short-handed commander pulls his best people back from the provinces: Despero and Metyl, plus Kwantiko flown in from Washington. Together they wade into the part of Warsaw that does not appear in tourist guides.
