Synopsis
Dr. Giggles (1992) is an American horror-comedy slasher you can watch online on iFILM. Directed by Manny Coto and starring Larry Drake as the perpetually grinning Evan Rendell, it runs on equal parts genuine menace and surgical puns.
In 1957, the townspeople lynched Dr. Rendell after he killed patients searching for a replacement heart for his dying wife. His son Evan survived. Thirty-five years later Evan escapes from a psychiatric facility and returns home with a bag of instruments and a grin that never quite goes away. When Jennifer — played by Holly Marie Combs — and her friends break into the old Rendell house, Evan notices her heart condition and makes her his next case.
