Out of Scale (1951) is a Disney short you can watch online on iFILM. Donald has built an elaborate backyard model railroad — perfect in every detail except for one oversized tree that Chip 'n' Dale call home. Donald moves the tree. The chipmunks promptly claim a model house that fits them exactly right. Director Jack Hannah runs seven minutes of escalating property warfare from there, with Clarence Nash voicing Donald's mounting fury and James MacDonald giving the chipmunks their cheerful mischief.
